Cancellation Policy
At Bochike, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
Before Dispatch
Cancel your order anytime before it’s dispatched by visiting the “My Orders” section on our website/app.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. You can return the item following our Return and Exchange Policy.
Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days if canceled before dispatch.
cOD Orders
Cancellations can be made before dispatch. If dispatched, please refuse delivery. No refund applies for COD orders.
