Eligibility

Request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Easy Return Process

Initiate a return through the “My Orders” section on our website/app. Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup.

Damaged or Defective Products

Contact our support within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be via store credit or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items like innerwear and masks are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
